Destination's Pure Arabica Ethiopia Eco Specialty Coffee comes from the highlands of Sidamo Yirgalem, the historical cradle of coffee, where it is grown at an altitude of 1,800 meters in a cool and humid climate. Thanks to the natural drying method, the cherries ripen in the sun, concentrating their sweetness and enhancing their fruity nuances.
The result is a specialty coffee with more than 80 points on the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) scale, offering a vibrant aromatic profile, with notes of red fruits, peach and milk chocolate, accompanied by a silky and balanced body.
