Destination's Pure Arabica Colombia Eco Specialty Coffee is born in the majestic mountains of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, the highest coastal chain in the world, where the proximity of the Caribbean Sea and the altitude create a unique microclimate that imprints character to each bean.

This specialty coffee, with more than 80 points on the SCA scale, offers a delicate and complex aromatic profile, with floral, strawberry and caramel notes that blend into a smooth, balanced and enveloping flavor. Its organic farming respects the ecosystem and ensures a sustainable product, while Fair for Life certification supports social and economic justice throughout the value chain.

Ingredients:

• 100% organic arabica coffee beans.

• Allergen and GMO free.

Recommended method of preparation:

• Coarse grind: French press (4 min infusion).

• Medium grind: filtered (V60, Chemex).

• Fine grind: espresso (25-30 sec. at 9 bars).

• Ideal ratio: 1 g of coffee per 15-16 ml of water.

• Water temperature: 90-96 °C.
