Yang Tse Rice Wafers are thin circular sheets made from rice flour and tapioca starch, with a light and flexible texture once hydrated. Their neutral flavor makes them a very versatile base, perfect for a wide variety of Asian-inspired recipes as well as creative and healthy cuisine.
Traditionally used to prepare spring rolls or summer rolls, these wafers make it easy to wrap fresh ingredients such as vegetables, tofu, seafood or meats. Thanks to their ability to absorb flavors, they adapt perfectly to hot or cold fillings, offering light and balanced results.

Tapioca starch, rice flour (40%), water, salt.
Instructions for use
Dip the rice wafers, one by one, in warm water for 5-10 seconds. Remove and dry the excess water with a dry cloth. Place the filling in the center, fold the sides inwards and roll up gently.
Can be used fresh (summer rolls) or fried (spring rolls).
