Solgar Vitamin B12 1000 µg is a food supplement that provides cyanocobalamin in high concentration. It is presented in sublingual-chewable tablets, which allows its dissolution under the tongue or chewing for a comfortable intake.

Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function. It also contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Composition

Active ingredient:
Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 1000 µg per tablet.

Other ingredients:
Mannitol (bulking agent), vegetable stearic acid and vegetable magnesium stearate (anti-caking agents), maltodextrin, gum arabic, cross-linked cellulose gum, natural cherry flavoring.

Directions for use

For adults, take 1 tablet daily, preferably with meals.
May be placed under the tongue until dissolved, chewed or swallowed whole.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
