Forms of Payment

In EKIEKO we offer you different secure and verified payment methods, so you can make your purchases with total confidence. All transactions are processed through encrypted gateways that meet the highest security standards (PCI-DSS).

1. Credit or debit card

Card payments are mainly made through the secure gateway CECA (Spanish Confederation of Savings Banks), used by EKIEKO for transactions in euros. This platform guarantees a direct connection with Spanish banks, complying with SSL and 3D Secure 2.0 security protocols.

The cards accepted by CECA are:

• Visa

• Visa Electron

• Mastercard

• Maestro

For less common international cards (such as American Express, Discover, JCB, Union Pay or Diners Club International), payment will be processed automatically through the additional PrestaShop Checkout gateway (powered by PayPal).

Your data travels encrypted directly to the bank validation system; EKIEKO does not store any card information. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed automatically.

Depending on your bank, additional verification (SMS code, bank app confirmation, etc.) may be requested in accordance with the 3D Secure 2.0 security protocol.

2. Bank transfer

You can pay your order by bank transfer or bank deposit.

Please, include in the concept the order number and your full name.
The order will be processed once the payment is confirmed. If you wish to expedite the shipment, please send us the transfer receipt to [email protected].

If after 7 calendar days the payment has not been received, the order will be automatically cancelled.

3. PayPal and PayPal Later (payment in 3 installments)

You can pay securely through PayPal, using your account or your credit/debit card. PayPal protects your financial data and does not share it with sellers.

In addition, EKIEKO supports PayPal Later (payment in 3 installments without interest), available for verified accounts within the euro zone. The total amount of your purchase is automatically divided into three monthly payments at no additional cost.

This option will appear upon completion of your purchase, if PayPal determines that your account qualifies.

4. Bizum

Bizum is a fast, secure and commission-free payment method. If your bank has the Bizum service activated, you can pay for your purchases directly from your mobile, without entering your card details.
You only need your Bizum associated phone number and authorize the payment through your bank's app.

Security and privacy

• All payments are protected by SSL encrypted systems and comply with the European PSD2 standard.

• EKIEKO never stores payment data or bank passwords.

• In case of detection of fraud or unauthorized payment attempt, the order will be automatically cancelled and the customer notified.
