Magnesan Forte Plus from Bonusan is a food supplement that combines magnesium bisglycinate, vitamin B6 in its active form (pyridoxal-5-phosphate), taurine and glycine.
Magnesium is a mineral that contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous and muscular system, to normal energy metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy metabolism and normal functioning of the nervous system.
This formula also incorporates taurine and glycine, amino acids that are part of different metabolic processes in the body.
Composition
Ingredients:
Magnesium bisglycinate, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose), taurine, glycine, anti-caking agents (fatty acids, magnesium salts of fatty acids), pyridoxal-5-phosphate, coating agents (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, glycerin, hydroxypropylcellulose).

Directions for use
Take 1 to 3 tablets daily, preferably during or immediately after a meal.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
